Agricultural Initiative Program

Mission
Our mission is to empower urban environments by providing essential tools and infrastructure to promote food sovereignty and healthy lifestyles. We identify underserved communities and are dedicated to educating all members of that community on the importance of agriculture through the power of innovation. Industrializing urban farming in the Nations Capital is a major first step towards equitable living conditions across the U.S.

1. Enhancement Method : Average build 5,000-25,000 square feet. This grow method uses existing structures and vertically enhances it using grow towers & tailored grow plans, allowing crops to grow above the existing structure. (Primary use; Rooftops, Schools, Community gardens, Public and Private property.)
2. Integration Method : Average build 25,000-325,000 square feet. This vertical farming method utilizes open floor plans which allows for cultivation to begin from the ground up. This enables high crop yields to support local grocery store(s), food businesses, and community organizations. (Primary use; Grocery stores, Restaurants, Farmers markets, Lunch programs, Shelters, Prisons, SNAP/EBT.)
3. Cake Method : Average build 125,000-500,000 square feet. This vertical farming method consists of alternating floors between tenants & crops, showcasing the adaptability of AIP's urban farming techniques. We offer a fully automated food delivery system along with basic health checkups via touchscreen display in each unit upon request. This layout efficiently merges city life & farming for residents. (Primary use; Hotels, Luxury apartments, Senior citizen and Handicapped housing.)

Here's a first look at our Urban Farming Development (UFD), where we are reimagining the future of food production. Our innovative approach is designed to meet local food demands while combating food insecurity. By creating a supportive environment for healthy lifestyles, we aim to nourish the mind and body. We invite collaboration with both community and government to promote food sovereignty and establish affordable, nutritious food sources for urban areas throughout the U.S.
